The Big Bird Plan, the real story There is a lot of confusion over the origins of the BB Plan, its on the message board all the time, so here is the lowdown on what its all about. BB Training Plan - The original plan that Nik created for someone else, converted to word format. Nik didn't do this plan, he based it on sessions he was doing at that time. He no longer trains in this fashion and doesn't reccomend it as a long term plan. It was conceived as a one month build up to a big competition. BB Training Log - Completed during May 2002 by Steve Viney, leading to a PB of 6:31.5. This was my attempt at the BB Plan, modified on some days.
